Habe mit obiger Lieferung das bestellte Case erhalten.
Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass es nicht auf die Halterung passt😩.
Habt ihr ein neues Zwischenstück mit dem neuen Typ. Und könnt ihr mir das bitte an die selbe Adresse senden.

A huge disappointment – basically nothing works as it should.

I'm so disappointed with this product that I actually felt the need to write a review.

- After only about one month, the connector on the case broke. The mount can no longer be attached, making the case completely unusable. I'm now forced to look for an alternative.
- The mounting system is also poorly designed. The plastic locking mechanism for attaching it to the handlebar is too soft and strips when tightened. As a result, the mount cannot be secured properly and the phone is not held firmly.
- The case itself is badly designed. It interferes with several sensors on the iPhone 17e, including the camera, Face ID, and the proximity sensor. During phone calls, the screen often stays black because the phone thinks it's being held to your ear, making it impossible to use. - - On top of that, the sides of the case are so high that the edges of the touchscreen are difficult to operate.
Putting the two halves of the case together requires an unreasonable amount of force, yet they still don't close properly and leave visible gaps. It honestly feels like you're more likely to damage your phone than protect it.
- The SP Connect glass screen protector I purchased at the same time develops permanent air bubbles because of the case. It's astonishing that two products from the same manufacturer are not even compatible with each other.

To be honest, almost nothing about this case and mounting system works the way it should. The design, build quality, and functionality all have serious flaws. It's genuinely surprising that a product of this quality made it to market.

For a case costing around €80, I expected a premium, durable, and well-engineered product. Instead, I received an unfinished design with multiple fundamental defects.

Dont buy!
There is no slit for the speaker ear piece so when receiving calls you can barely hear call. Had to make my own slit with a Stanley knife

Leider nach wenigen Tagen der Benutzung kaputt gegangen - schon das zweite Produkt von SP Connect, bei dem mir das passiert.

I bought the SP Connect XTREME Mount for Apple so I could attach my phone to my mountain bike with the SP Connect Stem Mount Pro while riding. I love the case it's very durable but the mounting point is it's weakness and should be re-engineered. The mounting point loosened up and would no longer securely hold the phone and eventually failed/broke completely after only 3 months of use. I filed a warranty claim with SP and they gratuitously sent me a free replacement. If you're a hard core mountain biker looking for a case to mount to your bike, look elsewhere unless you like buying a new case every year.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Bereits nach der fünften Fahrt hat sich die Verriegelung beim Einsetzen meiner SP Connect-Hülle verkantet und verdreht. Dadurch ist Kunststoff aus der Aufnahme herausgebrochen. Seitdem lässt sich die Hülle nicht mehr verwenden, da sich der Mechanismus nicht mehr drehen lässt. Das Produkt wurde ausschließlich bestimmungsgemäß verwendet und nie mit Gewalt belastet. Für ein Fahrradhalterungssystem, das regelmäßig genutzt werden soll, ist eine derart geringe Haltbarkeit inakzeptabel. Ich hatte deutlich mehr Qualität erwartet und kann das Produkt daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

nach ein paarmal einrasten sieht man schon das der Kunststoff an der Hülle nicht lange hält.
Lass es jetzt fest in der Halterung.

Leider wurde mir trotz Foto aus dem Handy Info indem IPhone 14 Pro Max die zu kleine Hülle für ein IPhone 14 Pro zugesendet was ich dann leider zurückschicken musste.

Great customer support. Not amazing build quality though: the power button fell off and the new thinner design doesn’t work well with the key to rotate the locking mechanism when it’s not removed perfectly perpendicular to the lock. The key doesn’t fit the locking point at the back when it’s rotated incorrectly, damaging the central plastic if you try to unlock it with the key. I had to use long nose pliers instead when the key kept damaging the case. That said, the case is solid and seems to protect the phone well, and I like to slim profile of it. Grüße, die Hülle bietet einen sehr guten Rundum-Schutz, was ich dadurch testen konnte, dass der Bike-Mount-Konnektor auf der Rückseite während der Fahrt versagte und mein Handy zu Boden fiel. Dabei habe ich das Produkt erst vor weniger als 3 Wochen gekauft.

So ist es wie ich finde unbrauchbar und hält nicht, wofür es beworben wurde.

Beim ersten Cover ist gleich beim ersten versuch ein teil der Halterung verbogen. Der Kundendienst reagierte super und hat das Cover anstandslos ersetzt. Beim zweiten habe ich das gefühlt das die Qualität besser ist. Dennoch ist dies ein klarer Schwachpunkt. Hier würde ich mir für die Langlebigkeit etwas robusteres, zb Alu, wünschen. Denn wenn man das Zubehöre nicht ganz genau und ganz gerade auf die Aufnahme drückt, verbiegen die Kunstoff "Flügel". Was aber ganz klar super ist, ist das Zubehör das dazwischen gebaut werden kann wie Powerbank, Tasche usw.

Fazit: Solange die Aufnahme aus Kunstof ist, würde ich es nicht mehr kaufen. Wenn SP dies noch robuster hinbekommt, ganz klar Top.

Die IPhone 17 Pro Hülle ist bei der Passgenauigkeit wie auch bei der Haptik absolut perfekt. Und damit nochmal ein Tick besser wie bei meinem iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Mon premier produit pour iPhone 11 Max Pro..! Toujours comme neuf..! Pourquoi..!? C’est une demie coque…! Et je l’ai utilisé sur ma moto, mon scooter et mon vélo..! Et c’est parfait..! En voyant un modèle récent pour un 17Pro j’ai même pas réfléchi, grosse erreur !! Ies lentilles sont tellement mal foutue que si t'a touché par hasard la lentille, oublie..! Ta prochaine photo elle seras est floutée..! Pour plus de 130.- frs les développeurs auraient mieux fait de d’utiliser une coque ( demi) comme le 11 pro..!

I am sad to say I bought the case for my iPhone and 3 mounts one for each of my bikes and every time I try to take my phone off the mount part on the case twists. Then it’s impossible to get the phone onto the mount and I’m left shoving my phone into my pocket on a long ride. I spent over $200 on a case and 3 mounts and I should have went with a Quadlock instead.

Leider ist die Aufnahme für die Befestigung nicht sonderlich stabil. Ich habe die Hülle jetzt nicht mal ganz eine Woche und jetzt ist sie schon stark abgenutzt.
Auch das induktive Laden funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig; dies könnte allerdings auch mit der Qualität und dem Zustand der Aufnahme zusammenhängen.
